4-22-06 Suffer on Saturday Bootcamp

Place: Rowan Park

Today, we did team relay races.

Major exercises were Thrusters, squats, sprints, and sandbag carries (Men: 50# & Women: 20#)

Warm-up and light stretch
Sandbag carry followed by sprint

20 Alternating thrusters (10/10)
Sprint followed by sandbagcarry40 Crunches
Sandbag carry followed by sprint
60 Squats
Sprint followed by sandbag carry
80 Crunches
15 Burpees
Cool-down and stretch

Great workout - lot's of great teamwork and camaraderie.
