7-29-06 Roadtrip to CrossFit for SOS

Tony Buddings from CrossFit HQ was on the east coast visiting water parks with his daughter and stopping in at the different affiliates. We came up to meet him and have a great workout... It was a great time; Tony is an amazing instructor and we learned so much in the short time he was there. PLUS, he kicked our butts with a phenomenal workout!
