"Chipper"
Push ups
Sit ups
Push press (yes, it's evil)
Squats
The magic number is 100. You can break it up however you wish, BUT, once you rest more than catching your breath or switch exercises... RUN 100m before starting the next movement!
It really requires strategy as you might have to do nothing but push ups and push press back to back!
