Michele's last workout with us...

Another one from Eugene... good stuff! We modified it a wee bit to work on push-ups. Heidi & I made the weights heavier than suggested - only more fun than before!

3 rounds for time
10 Dedlifts (medium-heavy)
15 Box jumps
20 Squats
10 DB Cleans (medium-heavy)
15 Pull ups
20 Elevated push-ups














We're all going to really miss you Michele - you'll have to come up to visit and get some training in (business expense!!). Plus we'll see you down there as well. Posted by Picasa
