5/6/06 Personal Training Class enjoys CrossFit

Saturday the 6th of May, our personal training workshop got to experience a small introduction into CrossFit!

Today was a scaled version of the Friday CrossFit workout:














Warm-up consisitng of jump rope, plank and sit-ups followed by
Two rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

After each round, sprint up and down the basketyball court! Good stuff!





















I'm really proud of them as they had no clue they were going to get a taste of CrossFit until the night before. It was a great way of introducing everyone to scalable and functional training! We should have done the full five rounds of the original, but at least they saw that in less than ten minutes, they were able to got a good workout.
