0630 WOD
Deadlifts x 1
Push-ups x 2
Squats x 3
After each round, add 1 rep to each movement - rest during transition only, no stopping!
WOD complete once you have worked up to 10 Deadlifts (45 deads, 01 push-ups, 120 squats).

Fun stuff to start the morning right!
